Process after your order is placed

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

We are temporarily unable to provide logistics services in countries other than those listed above.

Normally, it takes 7-15 business days for your order to reach you. In case of unforeseen circumstances, we will always contact you and accept a refund without any reason.

Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied, we offer a return or exchange for all purchases made through our site. Refunds are issued in the original method of payment.

The following requirements must be met in order for an item to qualify:

  • Return: within seven (7) days of delivery date

  • Exchange: within thirty (30) days of order date

  • The product is unworn, unused, and undamaged

  • All labels and tags are still attached


Any outerwear purchased through our Authorized Dealers can only be returned or exchanged at the original place of purchase (please note that sales terms will differ for each location).

For orders placed outside of North America, you are responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with the return or exchange.

If it is a concern about workmanship or the product is found to be defective, please refer to our Limited Lifetime Warranty.
